    After two weak issues, Hopelles finally nails down a good story, mostly because it focused more on the characters and not Arcade's evil plan or meaniest game he's ever played. Sure, the plot continues to be about a bunch of young heroes, trapped in a murder world, where only one of them can be left alive, meaning they have to kill one another. Despite the whole Hunger Games look alike (a copy), even an "homage" by Horn's cover, I really liked this issue because it was about a new character to me...

    So after Superior Spider-Man this is the most controversial ongoing series at Marvel for obvious reasons. Some hate the idea of these teens (and Darkhawk) being killed because we know these characters and we want great things to be written with them in the future (with the exceptions of 6 characters that Hopeless created) and others don't know these characters and just want to read a good story.I fall in the middle, I am very familiar with the Runways as they are my all time favorite team (and C...

    The biggest complaint I see about this series is the trivilization of character death. Many people claim that characters are being killed off without creating emotional attachment for the sake of a brawl capitalizing on the recent success of The Hunger Games. But most of these people already have a fondness for the characters, these are a big group of fan favorites with dedicated fanbases. I am not part of any of those groups. I know absolutely zero about every single character save X-23 coming ...
