    The film will be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will star Paul Rudd as Scott Lang and Michael Douglas as Hank Pym.

    Although Edgar Wright was originally set to direct the film, he later left the project in May 2014. Wright was cited leaving the project due to creative differences with Marvel Studios. It was later announced that director Peyton Reed would be taking his place.

    "Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world."

    Ant-Man, the final instalment of Marvel Cinematic Universe 2nd Phase is definitely one to not miss. Young childhood memories of 'Antz', 'A Bug's Life' and 'The Ant Bully' are once again brought back to theatres diving not only into the exploration of a crafty man's road to redemption and sacrifice but into a wonderful world of awe-inspiring science for a whole range of audiences.     did antmans movie tie into his comics? Was it Enjoyable 0

    On Friday, I went to see Ant-Man, on the opening night of the film, (although that could also be considered Thursday), this movie gave a very different perspective to the marvel universe. This character, though so small in the comics, may play a much bigger role in the MCU than we imagined. He scored a fairly decent score at the box office.
