How Could you stop someone like Zoom has he ever been beatin and if so how?

Several times. Once when Flash absorbed all the speed force in the world and was able to parry him. Second one involved time travel and he kind of punched himself in the face through time. Third one he gave his powers to inertia, who subsequently drained him of his own powers, leaving him in a wheelchair. Those were just against the Flash. There were also a couple of other instances where he slows down enough for someone like Wonder woman or Liberty belle to clock him in the head. "

To me the only real way to beat Zoom is the writer of the comic, for the most part.

After that, you're looking at beings that have complete control over their molecular structure or higher end cosmics.

depends if people can see him, they first need to percieve him before they can manipulate him in a molecular level, if zoom was not bloodthirsty and was in for a talk, than molecular structure could affect him at some point, though Zoom might be smart enough to just create a afterimage that talks

Anyway Zoom is op as hell, one example he can cause a nuclear reaction by slowing time unit so far that the atoms stand still, then he just punches the atom and bam nuclear bomb, he can even create a supernova with one of his snaps
