We get to see Wally back in action.

Nightwing's back in the field.

Kaldur rejoins the team.

i think we'll see the original team in the last episode taking down the Reach and Black Beetle while Supes and company wreck Savage and the WarWorld.

Maybe a Mongul vs Supes fight in the future?

Normally the show fails to impress. We are always left in the dark by the end of the episode, often with more questions than answers, and there hardly exists a sense of progression and finality.

But this episode was AWESOME!! GOT-DANG THAT WAS A NICE EP!!!

@Twentyfive: Exactly what I'm thinking. Finally someone that has the same thoughts as me. They usually don't close all the corners but they did in this episode. This episode was awesome I thought it was the season finale for a second. Nightwing was great, so was Kaldur. I was kind of hoping the original team would just be there judt because we rarely see them together alone anymore. I hope the season finale is a movie or something.

Kaldur is a badass!

Hot damn this episode was awesome, reminded me a lot of Usual Suspects in season one. The Light and the Reach think they've been playing everyone else all season, and it turns out the team of sidekicks has really just been playing them all. Everyone got a good showing here, Kaldur in particular, and it is setting the stage for one last throwdown at the end of the season. Looking forward to it.

meh, was looking forward to Deathstroke vs Nightwing, seems like it will never happen and i hate how he got taken out offscreen

the only thing i really didnt like was black beetle escaping, slade taken down off screen, kaldur defeating black manta. i mean im happy he won but it wouldve been nice to see more of a fight

Great ep. I was doing a lot of nodding and clapping. I doubt wally and artimis are gonna be able to stay retired. I also want bart to keep his own outfit. Also, vandal savage is the DC version of en saba nur, so it's not totally unthinkable that he'd stomp some leaguers, though I didn't find it a bit "wtf" when captain marvel was among the stomped.

Definitely one of the top episodes of the season. Kaldur has been a revelation this season. Last season, he was the least interesting member of the team. This season, he is by far the most badass member of the team. I also realized that this is perhaps only the second time we have seen Nightwing fighting out in the field. 'Depths' doesn't count since that was all pre-planned. Shows how much they have misused his character. It was such a welcome relief to see Wally. His "Hey there Vandy. You missed me?" made me laugh. I have missed that. I enjoyed the sexual innuendo exchange between him and Artemis in the middle of the fight. Overall, it was great to see the entire team fighting together and actually accomplishing something for a change.

I loved this episode, easily the best of the season. I've read comments all over saying that there was no possible way the writers could wrap up every story or plot point however I thought things were wrapped up quite nicely. ATM I have no real questions left over from this episode, and I normally have a few questions after each episode. The one thing I can say is after all the great action we had this week, I'm hungry for some more.

BEST. EPISODE. EVER Finally we get to see Nightwing kicking some ass, Wally gets on and Impulse might get "in his place officially :D and for once my respect goes to Aqualad (the one I've always hated) who is a f*cking badass

The creator said he was going to leave the ending open if they renewed for a fourth season... but I think the invasion thing is going to be wrapped up, but we won't see the development of the situations that this event may lead to (aka. someone's death or anything that could happen on said episode)

I thought todays show was a bit lacking compared with a few of the earlier ones. Maybe it was a little rushed, although I can understand why.

This episode had so much awesome in it! I'm really hoping they're saving an epic Nightwing fight at the end. Like maybe the other heroes get beaten or occupied by something else and its him vs. Savage in a one-on-one. If Nightwing doesn't get an awesome moment this season I'm gonna feel like his character was shafted. Everyone respects Nightwing give the audience a scene to show why he's so respected! It shouldn't just be because he was an original member.

Another solid episode.

I had a loud OH SH$^!!! moment when Artemis was found out. The only plot hole was having Kaldur talk about how he defeated Deathstroke. Would've liked to have been witness to that, or at least see him fight Nightwing. But given the circumstances, and the cards dealt by Warner/CN, it was understandable. I really would've liked to see Kaldur try to rehabilitate his Dad. Pull the ol' Skywalker "I see good in you, Father." Schtick.

And how will this end? I wait with bated and sorrowful breath. One of the best superhero cartoon shows. This, Avengers EMH and some of the GL episodes, have been amazing to see, and infuriating to be taken away so soon.

Not looking forward to the Nu DC Nation.

Probably by Klarion he is Dr. Fate level in this show after all.

Dat. Aqua. Troll. Seriously, Kaldur is easily the best character on the show for me.

Also, why are so many people freaking over Deathstroke being offscreened? He was a hired mercenary here, not an essential opponent for anyone. I don't see the big deal.

When Ra's ripped off Artemis' necklace I had a real jaw-dropping moment. This is most likely my favorite episode of the season.

I'm very relieved that, after a full season of the Reach and the Light acting like everything that occurred was completely in accordance with their plans, the team were the ones who came out on top and had everything planned out.

I was hoping Nightwing would remain in charge of the team (so long as he acknowledged his mistakes as leader and learned from them). And I also wish the Runaways had been included in the big brawl. But aside for those miniscule nitpicks I loved the episode.

Sad that there's only one left but I hope it goes out with a bang.

Great episode love the way the adult members came out first then the younger ones back them up. Reminds me of the first season great episode before the finale and then even better finale. Too bad its a series finale and not a season finale.

Yeah, though I do wonder when she learned to fight like that. But It's cool to see her get at least once pure physical fight in before the show is over, even though she wasn't in her usual form.

Yeah,just like another viner said on a topic(unsure of which one) i really am getting tired of seeing Black Beetle giving the smackdown to everyone,and hardly seem to be challenged(except for mongul,and blue when he let the scarab take control). His voice though,just makes me want to see him get beat down bad,especially by a non powered human,By Nightwing! (Guy's hardly got any action this season).

@lilben42:Well seeing as how CN doesn't respect the creators,or fans of the show,it's extremely unlikely that they'll get a movie,like teen titans did.....twice.Also,there's a kickstarter for a (fan made) Nightwing series,look up the trailer on youtube,it could have potential,soooo there's that,i guess.Yeah,dick did need his own episode as Nightwing,he got one as Robin though,the team infiltrated Haley's(or Haly's...spelling seems to keep changing for it)circus.Sadly that's one of the few episodes that i actually got to see for season 1,besides the 2 part opener,Belle Reve infiltration mission,and the last 4-6 episodes(one being in snow featuring the Riddler,which i think was the 1st of the final eps in succession i saw).Also i discovered this show on demand(Like the walking dead),hence why i was late to the party.

Black Beetle is overpowered also.

I thought the same thing.It was one of the best episodes so far and It's a shame that there is almost no time left and CN are taking the show off.

That episode was great..I could not stop re-watching it. One of the best.

@Jnr6Lil: i guess the real power that black beetle has is the fact that knows how to use his scarab properly...but i'm also tired of him beating everyone.

Too bad Klarion didin't beat his ass but there is still time for Fate, Superman, a Green Lantern or someone to take care of that arrogant prick.
