Did you guys see it?
Young Justice
Team » Young Justice appears in 269 issues.
Young Justice started as another legacy team consisting of a generation of sidekicks younger than the original Teen Titans lineup. Like the Teen Titans, they would eventually increase membership beyond sidekicks and make a name for themselves beyond their mentors.
YJ Episode 22 Agendas
it was definitely Match considering the bizarro like features...
i liked it because you finally get to hear Wonder Woman speak, i thing Maggie Q did an excellent job as Wonder Woman! seeing the league interacting with each other was hilarious especially when John and Hal immediately shot down the idea of Guy Gardner joining lol
Interesting spin that Guardian is now the uncle of Red Arrow, i dont believe they were mentioned to be related at all in the comics...
Best. Episode. So far

they're related in comics too
If they kick out Captain Marvel, the show will decline in awesomeness to average. Love the fact that Bruce knew though. We all know who the informant is. So I bet it'll be that person who joins the league.
I thought this was one of the best episodes to date. I have a feeling we may be seeing Match in the future again.
Good episode. It looks like Red Arrows finally get his wish and join the league. I doubt they'd kick out Captain Marvel not if Batman has anything to say about it. Lex Luthor finally revealing himself to Connor was well done. Next week episode is bound to be even more awesome since they are going to focus more on Artemis back story and Red Arrow is back.
It just accord to me how over powered the league will be if they have Superman, Icon, Captain Marvel, Captain Atom ,and Martian Manhunter. That's almost all the Superman like characters DC has all the league needs now is Apollo and Mr. Majestic and who exactly could stop them?
The villains are pathetically weaker though... do you seriously mean to tell me that Joker, Black Adam, Poison Ivy, Wotan, etc had problems dealing with the kiddies? Black Adam alone should've pulverize them no problem...i have major issues with that episode as much as i liked it... lol
They're usually powered down in cartoons...that goes for everyone, even the likes of FlashIt just accord to me how over powered the league will be if they have Superman, Icon, Captain Marvel, Captain Atom ,and Martian Manhunter. Black Adam did pulverize them, they were no match for the Injustice League.....they just gave them a run around for a bit until the League arrivedThe villains are pathetically weaker though... do you seriously mean to tell me that Joker, Black Adam, Poison Ivy, Wotan, etc had problems dealing with the kiddies? When I say pulverize, i mean they get STOMPED in less than a minute with broken everything and missing limbs...they lasted WAY too long against a GROUP of NOTABLE A-list villains, that made NO sense. Sure they did lose, but they shouldn't have been able to put up that much of a resistance. Black Adam in the comics would've destroyed them alone, to think he and Joker, Count Vertigo, etc couldn't keep a lid on the kids is silly.
Well, I'd argue that a team with the Joker, Vertigo, Ivy, Humanite would probably get rolled by the YJ team in the comics easily due to none of those characters being very powerful from the get go...@cattlebattle said:

I do understand what your saying about Adam, at his (ridiculous) comic power levels, he should have flown around wiped them out more quickly, but that would be kind of lame storytelling, I mean its not like the Team ever really had the upper hand against any of them, Adam even swatted Wally breaking his arm

@cattlebattle: Superboy power level is confusing in the series...
Its just as about as delineated as any other super strong character in any comic or cartoon
And on the same episode he takes on AMAZO...(Thought So did Batman and Nightwing on UNRH)
All right Black Adam.
@cattlebattle: Are you kidding me? Black Canary giving him trouble? And on the same episode he takes on AMAZO...(Thought So did Batman and Nightwing on UNRH) All right Black Adam.Yup...this crap happens all the time in super hero shows... In Justice League Superman beats super strong villains, bench presses enormous objects,.....gets taken out by electrified manhole cover :(
In X-Men TAS Gladiator could effortlessly beat Juggernaut, yet Rogue could throw down with Gladiator, yet she had trouble fighting Juggernaut ...kind of inconsistent
I'm just saying, characters with super strength/ invulnerability rarely make a lick of sense when it comes to their abilities being consistent
In all fairness, Superboy got the stuffing beat out of him by Amazo

i really liked this EPS it was nice.
and M q did an EPICLY AWESOME job as WW :) she really did
and match? was a really good idea.
over to me it was a really good eps
Awesome episode, loved the focus on Superboy this time around
But am I the only one that thought Wonder Woman was kind of a douchebag?
This was one of the best episodes to date, I love the League's enrollment process.

Come to think of it Kid Flash was incredibly slow in the previous episode.....still those 5 together is a major force to be reckoned with

She was more aggressive than you'd think, especially towards Captain Marvel.
@BlackArmor: I guess, but Cap is a critical member to the league, at least in Young Justice especially after saving everyone a few episodes back.

Me too. I like the show, though, and I wish they made a JL show set in the same universe. What I found weird is Zatara/Fate's continued presence on the league....I know they watch over Fate, but still....seems a bit odd.
@batmanary: Well Wonder Woman said that Zatara's is still in there because he immediately voted against Zatanna joining the team, maybe he wants to be in the league to be closer to Zatanna also.

True, but she does have a point, he is still a 10 year old. Maybe she would have preferred him to stay with the Young Justice. He might have wisdom of Solomon but he still has the maturity of a kid.

So...What did you guys think of match?
@Primmaster64: eh. i dont think anything notable really happened with him... he was just there so that Lex can test Connor with and without his shields...
im surprised no one seemed to mention the whole "Red Son" thing...or maybe someone did and i didnt see...
I don't know if you watched the rest of the season online but the Red Son thing is addressed again, I'm also assuming a lot of people already have@Primmaster64: eh. i dont think anything notable really happened with him... he was just there so that Lex can test Connor with and without his shields...

I did, out of spite for Cartoon Network LOL

Having the immaturity of a kid sometimes proves to be a benefit and he's more powerful than Diana herself. I don't know how she's one to talk.
@Primmaster64: First impression was Superboy Prime lol.
@Bestostero: I'm curious about the whole "Red Son" code name, but I doubt it has anything to do with the alternate universe. What do you mean "leaked" episodes?
@cattlebattle: I did too...try to tiptoe around spoilers and try to remember what happened in which episode so i dont get confused and accidentally spoil anything...lol
@Deranged Midget: The remaining episodes of season 1 have already aired in other parts of the world and you can watch those on youtube with subtitles if you really want to. i know i did lol

You know...I pretty much notice that this match is a nod to Superboy-Prime

I'm not sure if you guys remember or were asking or whatever, but all clones were made with a "safe word" Connor has Red Son, Red Arrow had broken arrow...in the Usual Suspects episode Lex mentions that he assumes M'gann wiped all forms of control from Superboys mind....as for Match he is recoverd by the Light at the end of the finale...he will likely return
I completely forgot about that :P
