They are not currently together in the new 52 or their romantic past was erased from their stories??

I know they don't have a kid anymore...

I believe that they do not have history with each other I'm pretty sure Scott Lobdell confirmed that in one of his comicvine question and answers... Red Arrow is in Outlaws and Cheshire ...
