So the new season is suppose to have over 200 new characters from the dc universe show up I thought we could all keep track of these new characters! (Let's do first appearances in the new season only, for example Batgirl became a major character in Season 2 but was already shown in season 1 so she wont count, same goes for Bumblebee, Beast Boy and Mal, etc)

So I got 16 new characters so far, so at least 184 new characters should appear (unless they count the Beast Boy/Bumblebee/Batgirl/etc reappearances)! I could be missing a few people, so feel free to to add your input.

This list probably wasn't the best idea, there's too many situations not accounted for...jump the gun on this one

Ther is also many characters that could be quasi counted....for instance the asian guy sitting next to Carol during the launch could be Tom (forget his last name) of Green Lantern lore....and the Appelaxian golems could or could not be counted

yeah...there really isn't a standard to how they are going about it, they could count the characters like you mentioned, and they could count character upgrades from cameo to speaking roles or to different roles (like Robin to Nightwing, Garfield to Beast Boy, etc), or entire races like the Kroloteans.

@cattlebattle: yeah I expect something similar to that effect, like when they did the Injustice League episode (they had random heroes like Blue Devil and Guy Gardner fighting Poison Ivy's plants around the world)

ugh, well I looked for the interview that mentioned the 200+ characters, and found that the interview actually states "We have over 200 characters from the DC Universe spanning over our two seasons" so that means 200+ including the first season lol

@papad1992: i've been working on it, but its way too complicated because there's so many factors to think about, like characters that only appear in the Young Justice comic but not on the show (i.e. Talia al Ghul, Lori Lemaris, etc) and do you count minor characters like Bibbo.

I'll probably just try and list everything (show and comic characters) and keep it separate.

by your count, its 180 so far. I'm not gonna lie, that's disappointing if there's only few more new characters reveals coming out, but maybe not so much 20 or so characters could be still good.

I would go ahead and add Jimmy Olsen to the list but he wasn't named....if thats the case however I might as well add Samurai and Static or Black Vulcan as I believe that is who was alongside Longshadow in the episode "Beneath"

well you could, but it would still be just an assumption, i would wait until its confirmed, especially with Static/Black Vulcan, that's a definite toss up.

Jason Todd and Ted Kord are in this week's episode, so the list is now 182, unless there was someone i didnt catch (Wendy made a cameo, but she already appeared in an earlier episode), im still trying to look for the Wildstorm character lol
