    Caw.

There's a serial killer running lose in Gotham! And he wears a Scarecrow costume!

During the investigation, we learn much about Scarecrow's childhood. How he was an unwanted child and how he was tormented by his peers (who beat him up) and his grandmother (who sicced crows on him.)

One thing I really like is the artwork. Sean Murphy is great.

    I liked this issue.
