One of the closest friends of Buffy, Xander supported her through many of her worst times, and remained at her side from the first day she arrived at Sunnydale until after the town's destruction.
Origins
Xander was born in Sunnydale California. His father was a helpless drunk while his mother is a fragile housewife. Later he met his life long friend Willow Rosenberg. They dated in kindergarten but broke up because Xander stole her barbie. He is known to sleep outside or in the basement to avoid his parent (drunken) arguments. At his six birthday his parents hired a clown who proceeded to chase him around causing a life long fear of clowns.
