Isn't it the other way around?? Didn't Emma Frost used to be cold hearted one with no sense of humor and Magik was always the one with the dark humor and one liners that would make everyone feel uncomfortable?

I'd be happy for her just to become a major villain. My favorite stories throughout life have been about tragic characters that try to do the right thing but ultimately fail or have a bad ending. Any Shakespeare character, Lilly Bart, Charles Gordon, Darth Vader, the cast of Watchmen, Walter White.....all more interesting than some boring super heroes.
