Torn, Gifted and pretty much most of Whedon's run wasnt between 2008 and 2012.

Disagree: AvX Tie-ins, personally didn't like them, Divided We Stand, felt too disconnected to be really considered a story.

Agree:

Messiah Complex, Messiah War, Second Coming. Basically one massive epic that moved the story forward.

Apocalypse Solution, Dark Angel Saga, Final Execution - Plays with history and emotional drama between characters well.

Age of X. I love the reimagination of the X-Verse, I liked it, but its not the BEST, but I liked it.

Your right about Gifted and Torn, my mistake. I will have to delete them in my above post. Some of the Unstoppable chapters was written in 2008,but I don't think that story was that was that good.

Old Ghosts was best Story from that series. Lovely writing and lovely artwork. You have to read the rest of the X-Force. One of the best series in the last 10 years. I like it more than Uncanny X-Force. It's just more interesting and the writing is much better.

Do you agree that's one of the best stories? It wasn't Emma slapping Hope that made it good, it was what Hope said to Emma that make interesting. I think the whole interaction between those 2 characters was good.

In all seriousness no. I just like that moment because of my extreme hatred for Hope and to see her get slapped put a smile on my face. Now for the best x-men stories: God Loves Man Kills, Mutant Massacre, Second Coming, and Messiah Complex.

With the exception of the chaos theory arc, Marjorie Liu's X-23 stories I genuinely liked. Besides that, not really.

I like Killing Dream as well. I thought that was good. So Messiah Complex and Second Coming you think are best stories told between 2008 and 2012. I mean the best stories doesn't have to be big events, It can be smaller stories with smaller events.

Hmm, will look into it if I have time. I didn't like Necrosha mainly because I thought it felt kinda gimmicky, and it treated any characters that Marvel thought of killing off permanently really badly.
