can someone tell me why they like emma frost, how she better than any other x-men lady ? 
 also why is she always in x-men comics ?

Actually she isn't as great as she is, not until her character was fully used in the Generation X series, sometime in mid 90's,  where she made an impact of really being one mega-bitchie White Queen who has a heart for her ward.

She is not better than any X-Men lady but she is the girl of the moment since her character is given more flesh specially when she became Cyclop's partner and how she can really be still be double sided. She is just like Psylocke years years back when she was brought back as an Asian hottie, all of the sudden all eyes are on her and her psychic knife.

It will be awhile before her character will wane a bit but being an X-lady of the moment, she is an instant classic character that will remain even when a new character or an old character girl will be given a chance to shine.

I liked her better as a villian then as a hero.  I think you could have done much more with her character then and now, it isn't like X-men is short of hot women anyway!  What marvel is short of is dominate female villians and that is what The White Queen was!  I, also, think  it is time to bring Jean back to the X-men for everyone and Emma will be put back on the back burner or you could have on hell off a lover's triangle!

why emma because emma is multi-dimensional and a multi-dimensional character always makes for a good read...everyone has either read or heard of her character growth and her being with scott is just part of it...she still can be bitchy and acts superior but it's all been tempered by the fact that she ACTUALLY loves scott summers...

yes she will probably always be an outsider (a quote from one of the panel in one of the issues) but she knows this and a part of her doesn't really care...she found a place at scott's side and she knows the rest will come with time...

now that said, i've always been a fan of the scott/jean relaltionship...but quite honestly, i like scott/emma...it's more adult and emma is selfish enough not to try to die on him...

but i cannot wait until jean returns...

Why is she in every X-men mag?

Because her and Cyclops pretty much run the X-men together now. He has a thing for telepaths I guess. I guess he likes dating women who know when he's lying.

She may be an insensitive, cold-hearted #$^*@ at times but I think turning Emma into a "hero" of sorts was and still is a good thing. Sure a lot of people don't like her but given enough time I'm sure the haters will warm up to her. I just hope she doesn't start cheating on Scott with The Dreaming Celestial (cause y'know he's like all-powerful and stuff, and we all know that Emma has a thing for powerful men) though that would be an interesting story to say the least.
