Broo is still alive I did a thread about this not long ago, he has beenh shot in the head and severely injured, but the little guy is fighting for his life.

Broo was one of the only character's that made Aaron's WaTX something worth reading, without him, that book has no purpose other than to have 'Wolverine' in its title.

And P.S, he's not dead, he just lost everything that made him unique from the other Brood. Now he's just like the others. A mindless killer with no drive other than to kill, much like his so called 'headmaster'. Some preview pages from Marquez depict Wolverine having him on a leash. Also, hence why the Cuckoos witnessed a 'light' going out during the end of AvX, the light representing that Broo was a mutant compared to his kin.

But it's sad, and Broo wasn't even Aaron's creation to begin with.

WaTX was a good series (for the first four issues LOL), but now the whole thing has taken a turn for the worse and there's absolutely no returning. The art was driving/pushing the series, and now that Bachalo + Broo have gone, there's no saving it. Especially not with Aaron at the helm.

Such a crap series, LOL.

Heard horrible things about ultimatum, but thankfully avoided it. Had the misfortune to read X-Sanction though. Was looking forward to the new Nova series until I found out that Loeb was writing it. :(

Give it a few issues before we know that he is really dead.

Broo is still alive because he is still in the preview images for future issues. I do agree that Wolverine and the X-Men has dropped off somewhat in quality. I hope that was just due to being totally derailed by the Avengers vs X-Men event and can get back to being interesting again.
