Team » X-Men appears in 7661 issues.
Cyclops
Beast
Iceman
Angel
Jean Grey
Havoc
Polaris
I'd like to see a show that starts at the beginning with the original 5...Cyclops, Beast, Marvel Girl, Iceman, and Angel....then after a few seasons bring in the Giant Size X-men team
or better yet an Academy X series written by Kyle and Yost!
Wolverine
Psylocke
Nightcrawler
Rogue
Gambit
Storm
Beast
I'd like to see a show that starts at the beginning with the original 5...Cyclops, Beast, Marvel Girl, Iceman, and Angel....then after a few seasons bring in the Giant Size X-men teamthats pretty much what my roster is just with Havoc and Polaris added but they were among the first to become xmen after the original group
Next year Xmen is gettimg a new show. For a team I would want Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, Beast, Jean Grey and Storm. As well as cameos of Deadpool.
If Marvel was planning on making another X-Men animated TV series, what team members do you want in the team? Mine's would be: Storm (leader) Wolverine Colossus Kitty Pryde Nightcrawler Psylocke Dazzler
storm(team leader)
wolvie(i mean they are gonna make him no matter what)
jean grey(new x men costume)
cyclops(his hair showing)
jubilee
kitty
nightcrawler(religious)
rogue(completely like x men TAS version)
gambit
beast
+
dazzler(as a frequently appearing supporting character)
psylocke(in british body and also frequently appearing supporting character)
@Comicfan47: now who told a new show is coming next year
If Marvel was planning on making another X-Men animated TV series, what team members do you want in the team? Mine's would be: Storm (leader) Wolverine Colossus Kitty Pryde Nightcrawler Psylocke Dazzler
I'd have the original 60's rosters put up first, and develop into them before adding new rosters...
I'd like to see a show that starts at the beginning with the original 5...Cyclops, Beast, Marvel Girl, Iceman, and Angel....then after a few seasons bring in the Giant Size X-men teamExactly. Like Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
main roster:
Cyclops
Emma Frost
Colossus
Kitty
Wolverine
X23
the trainees:
Pixie
Elixir
Armor
Blindfold
Rockslide
Mercury
Dust
Gentle
the other x-guys available for missions and such:
Storm (living in Wakanda with Black Panther)
Rogue and Gambit (busy leading her team with Frenzy etc- could be in space looking for Rachel during the first season)
Psylocke and Archangel (busy in with X-Force with Deadpool and Fantomex)
Beast (with the X-Club and Dr. Nemesis and kavita Rao)
@danhimself said:Wouldn't be popular though. You'd need Wolverine in it, in the very least. Though I'm being an a** and I realize its your choice and my team isn't going to be feasible anyways.I'd like to see a show that starts at the beginning with the original 5...Cyclops, Beast, Marvel Girl, Iceman, and Angel....then after a few seasons bring in the Giant Size X-men teamExactly. Like Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Have Prof, Cyclops, Jean, Iceman, Angel, Beast at first. Have Polaris and Havok join during the first season. Mimic almost joins, they have to fight Banshee and meet Sunfire. Then season two the Prof has to assemble Vulcan, Darwin, Petra, Sway, Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Thunderbird, Sunfire and Banshee to rescue them. Midway through season 2 they try to rescue the originals and some of them die making room for Kitty Pryde, Rogue, Longshot and Dazzler to join in season 3.
Cyclops
Wolverine
Nightcrawler
Colossus
Gambit
Rogue
Storm
Shadow Cat
Beast
Professor X(Just because.)
Cyclops(Leader and Badass)
Emma Frost (Cause I'm tired of the Jean Grey dates Scott and turns to the phoenix arc in every single show about x-men...)
Nightcrawler(Good all around character)
Ice Man (Great all around character)
Storm(can't have too many guys running the show)
Collosus (Always good to have a Russian)
Kitty Pryde (She'd be a more relatable youth)
Rogue( More adult version, but not the TAS version)
And Lastly Magneto(I'd have him join later on in the first season, I mean the Brotherhood arc is almost as played out as the Phoenix one.)
(Students will be there so the older ones can train them, cameos from wolverine, x-23, Magik, Namor, Gambit, Marvel Girl, Cable, Bishop, Mr. Sinister, Sabastian Shaw, Angel, Psylocke, Alpha Flight, New Mutants, Avengers, Cloak and Dagger, etc.)
I'd like to see a JLU type scenario with any random member appearing in an episode for a mission. Of course, the seasons would have an over arching story line.
I just couldn't pick a specific roster, there are so many good characters
Me? I'd set it, roughly, when Pryde came to the X-men and do a streamlined adaptation of X-history, including the original 5 treatment though flashbacks. No "are multipleman and mimic really mutants", no "Are they magneto's children", "Shadowcat, not Sprite", etc., etc, etc.
If you push Kitty as the main character, you can tell quite a few good stories, I think.
A team of Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, Jean, Colossus, Professor X, Dazzler?... seems about right. Do the Rogue arc pretty quickly, get some Gambit action in there after Mutant Massacre, and maybe bring back Beast after some flashback action.
Alternatively, start the adaptation later, with the X-team as teachers, and a cast of dozens.
I sincerely like the first interpretation better - we might, in a few years, get to contemporary X-men academy-style stuff. Actually, I think "New Mutants/X-Force" as a spinoff series could go well, then go back to do "New X-men" side by side with X-men and, maybe, an ongoing Wolverine series.
I'd want DCAU-style continuity and animation-consistency.
I would like a show called Generation X or The New X-Men set at the Massachusetts X-Mansion featuring:
Banshee and Emma Frost as teachers of two rival teams and how they learn to overcome their rivalries and trust in one another to unite into The New X-Men:
Banshee's team are the underdogs and rejects of the Academy. They fight to prove their worth and demonstrate how courage and team-work make up for their lack of fire-power.
Jubilee - Jubilee is the defacto leader of Banshee's team and learns to adjust to being the big-sister of the group, after having been the little-sister of the X-Men for so long, while learning what that responsibility entails. By the end of season 1, she is taken by Bastion who transforms her into a mutant vampire just like himself.
Husk - Husk admires and wishes to emulate M and become the perfect student and top of her class, but always manages to fall behind. She has to learn that she doesn't have to shed her skin over and over until she becomes the perfect version of herself - because she already is.
Cannonball - As a fellow Hay-seed, Cannonball develops a strong friendship and eventually romantic feelings for Husk and over the course of the series demonstrates that he is leadership material.
Synch - Originally considered for Emma Frost's team for his powerful mutant abilities and academic scores, Synch declined Emma Frost's invitation due to his innate desire to avoid elitism and be of help to Banshee and his team of under-dogs.
Beak - Beak is a shy and deeply self-conscious boy who develops a strong romantic feelings for Angel Salvadore.
Angel Salvadore - Sassy and never willing to back down from a fight, Angel Salvadore is Synch's best friend (acting in the same roll Skin had in the comics) and she eventually develops romantic feelings for Beak, who is her constant companion.
Emma Frost's team are the over-achievers and gifted kids of the class who show the greatest deal of promise as future members of the X-Men. However, Emma doesn't know how to warm up to her classmates in the same way Banshee does and finds it difficult to keep them united and thinking like a team.
M - Always uncooperative with Emma Frost and fiercely independent, M goes wherever she wills and places herself as an equal, if not above, both Banshee and Emma Frost and never hesitates to serve her own enigmatic goals, though they are often in the best interest of the team.
The Stepford Cuckoos - Emma's pride and joy. In contrast to M, the Cuckoos are always obedient to Emma and can only be mislead by a coy look from a cute boy and the faint promise of breaking free from the collective mind and following their own romantic whims.
Hellion - Hellion is the sole survivor of Emma Frost's last teenage team, The Hellions, and he carries with him the scars from that time. He is prone to violent outbursts and sudden bouts of anxiety, but Emma is determined to calm his chaotic mind and unleash his Telekentic potential...as well as redeem herself of her mistakes.
Rockslide - Rockslide acts as the muscle of the group and feels overwhelmed by the academic demands of Emma Frost's team and secretly yearns to be on Banshee's team, although he does appreciate the respect he receives at school for being a part of the X-Men (which, to him, is like being on the Highschool football team.)
Dust - Dust and Rockslide have a relationship that mirrors Colossus and Shadowcat's, except it's purely platonic. Rockslide is the only one whom she feels she can confide in because of the clique-ish and "prissy" nature of the other girls. She also acts as the team's teleporter in a similar fashion to Pixie in the comics.
Penance - Mute and dangerous, Penance is discovered in the first episode of the show and her story remains a mystery until the end of the season.
and, in Season 2:
X-23
I'm sad no one wants morph for comic relief, that's his thingI like him as cannon fodder. Red shirt. Sentinel bait!
@stumpy49er: He wasn't created for that, he was brought in for that and had his name changed from Changeling to Morph, but that's a little but different. But anyway I meant the better, bald, noseless, pitch-white morph, he's awesome! But I get what you're sayingAh, my bad!
Cyclopes
Wolverine
Iceman
Colosuss
Kitty Pride
Storm
Nightcrawler
Morph
Oya
Zero
Hope
Cyclops
Warpath
Nightcrawler
Colossus
Psylocke
Gambit
Rogue
Iceman
and you can't get away with not having Wolverine
Cyclops -Overall leader of course, Prof X and Magneto are advisors.
Gold Team
Wolverine -Team leader
Havok
Polaris
Kitty
Iceman
Nightcrawler
Beast
Vulcan -can be made villain later on
Blue Team
Storm -Team leader
Madrox
Colossus
Rogue
Emma
Dazzler
Bishop -can be made villain later on
I'd like to have an X-Force introduced as a backup/black-ops team
Cable -leader
Warpath
Gambit -could be an insider/spy whose allegiance is dodgy
Archangel
Domino
Psylocke
Deadpool
Jean Grey Phoenix should also appear every now and then.

Same here.
I wouldn't bring in the Giant Size team until season 3.
I wouldn't have a set roster. There are so many mutants I would just alternate them.Try to get everyone some face time.
Kitty Pryde
Wolverine
Iceman
Dazzler
Deadpool
Cable
Hope

I really like that idea! I would love to see everyone get screen time!
I would have a team like the Exiles travel through time and space and correct timelines from classic X-Men stories. Like say they travel back to the Mutant Massacre.....and for some reason the attack didn't happen, but it needed to to correct the timeline, so the Exiles would set it right by aiding the Marauders. (That might be a kinda bad example but you get the gist) That way, aside from the main cast, everyone would get to see their favorite characters from all the different eras.
My main cast would be an odd mix:
Coyote (Graydon Creed) in his reality, he's a mutant with heightened senses & regeneration, claws & blue skin capable of blending into his surroundings like a chameleon.
Anvil (Peter Rasputin, Jr.) in his reality, Colossus recognized him as his son, and he has a similar mutant power but his steel form is black.
Beacon (Topher Summers) son of Havok & Polaris able to absorb, transmogrify & project all types of energy & fly.
Pandora (Pandora Jeffries) daughter of Madison Jeffries & Madelyn Pryor, she's an advanced cyberpath & technopath with an inclination to dark magic.
Myriad (Myra St. Croix) yet another ST. Croix sibling whose duplication power is what allowed them all to merge, she can also perceive auras like her eldest sister.
Mine would be Extinction team following the Schism. X-Club and other X-Men are supporting cast. Even Logan's school could make guest appearances occasionally.
I would love it if Marvel finally did a series about the New Mutants and the New X-men students. Kind of like Young Justice is doing but with more focus on the school. The adult X-men would serve as teachers and mentors. But when the need arises the senior team would come into focus or take the kids on special missions.
