I chose Wolverine ,because with hisi claws he can easily protect him and if Cyclops hit him with blast Wolverine will regenerate fast and take Cyclops.What you think who is stronger ?

"Stronger" is not the best word to use when asking this question that in of itself is not very clear. These are two guys with completely different powersets. If you are asking who is physically stronger, Wolverine is. He has low levels of superhuman strength. If you're asking who is more powerful, Cyclops is by far due to the nature and output of his optic blasts.

Cyclops can look a hole in a mountain, Wolverine can do one-handed push-ups all day; but Cyclops goes down with one bullet, and Wolverine survives an atom bomb.

Depends on what you mean by stronger. Cyclops has more damage output while Wolvie is more resilient.

We've been trhough this already last month, there was a battle... The outcome was close but Cyclops was the winner.

Although it highly depends on the environment and situation and whatnot... Truth be told they are probably equally strong, but in different ways.

Cyke never use full power blast, he can definitely blast wolverine to the next hemisphere.

Therefore the destructive power of Cyclops could be equal to that of Phoenix: infinite. Maybe we can say if Cyclops use all his power, his body would be destroyed in the same way it happened to Jean/Xorn in the end of Battle of the Atom.

For the same reason (excuse me for this little off topic), I think that also the embodiments of Phoenix can't use the full power of Phoenix, if they aren't in the White Hot Room: any body (human, mutant, skrull, shi'ar…) can't bear such power without be disintegrate. Therefore they receive only a part of the Phoenix power and Cyclops have to use only a portion of his power.

Obviously this are only a theory of mine and I don't demand it is correct.

Wolverine got this very well. A man who lives a very long time can't never be defeated. In the Last Stand, at the end of the film, Phoenix tried disintegrating Wolverine (humans turned to ash instantly) and he was still alive and killed her lol
