The Uncanny X-Men are a superhero team of mutants that were founded by fellow mutant Professor Charles Xavier. They are dedicated to helping fellow mutants and sworn to protect a world that fears and hates them.
Jean Grey, Storm, Rogue, and Cannonball have probably had the most distinctly different looks, Probably followed by Emma, Cyclops, Rachel and.. ..Domino?
I was thinking about Cable too (that's what made me think of Domino), but I wasn't sure, because most of his costumes just seem like slight alterations of what came before; maybe you could say the same about Cyclops and Emma though.
Kitty, in that vein, I think has really only had maybe 4 or 5 truly distinct looks, as most of her outfits were only slight variations of her school uniform..

@dangallant984: true on both , with cable there are changes but it does stay the same (shoulder pads, pouches, bfg) with kitty i guess i associate costume changes along with codename changes she has been kitty, sprite , ariel , shadow cat , and back to kitty and had a costume to go with the different codenames . here is a link to a blog breaking down cable through the ages http://uncannyxmen.net/db/spotlight/showquestion.asp?faq=10&fldAuto=64&page=10

cool, thanks!
Kitty's actually only had two code-names, though; Sprite and Shaddowcat. Xavier only suggested the name Ariel before Kitty said she wanted to be called Sprite, she never went by that name.
oh, gawd, I forgot all about this one! these were just awful!
Storm has had the most out of all the X-Men, then it's Dazzler and then Emma Frost/Rogue.
are you sure? I really can't think of more than 5 or 6 Dazzler costumes. I'm sure Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Rogue, Rachel, and Cannonball have all had more than that..
@dangallant984: Rachel ? Cannoball ? Lol. Not more than Dazzler, that's an unnecessary stretch. You haven't been reading X-Treme, so, uh, yeah. Dw, Dan, she's had more than the majority, and Cyclops and Rogue haven't had THAT much more.

No Way, Dazzler has only changed her outfit roughly 8 times. Characters like Rogue and Storm have had around 12 or 13 different outfits. Rogue had at least seven different looks before she even settled on the one that people associate with her, albeit, some of them were just for a couple of issues
@cattlebattle: Not a colossal difference between 13 and 8.
They have had more than Dazzler though....in fact every character that was named (Rachel, Cyclops....definitely Cannonball) have all had more changes than Dazzler
@cattlebattle: Neither Rachel or Cannonball have gone through more wardrobe changes than Dazzler, Dazzler for crying out loud. At least, if they have, they weren't notable, and therefore were not costumes. And currently, Dazzler looks better than all three of them put together. I mean, Rachel looks like a roast Turkey, Sam's officially converted himself into an Avenger fan-boy, on a whim, at that, and Cyclops is just a hot mess.
I really don't like the poncho... while mohawk Storm is very cool :)
yeah, the poncho was actually her first outfit after her original one, but I feel like her personality hadn't been really fleshed out very well yet; in retrospect, it doesn't really seem like her style.
Storm's mohawk, on the other hand, represents everything I really like about her coming into her own as both an individual and as the leader of the team. The above cover, of course, is from when she first gained Rogue's trust and friendship, and lost her powers to save Rogue. Pretty classic stuff.
