I think this would be a better question to ask, but when do you think the X-men will stop fighting each other, especially between Cyclops and Wolverine? I still think its when one of them dies.

The question is, which one dies first?

The X-Men have always fought each other, whether mind controlled or not. They just wouldn't be the X-Men if occasionally they didn't throw down with one another.

Eh, either way, its a part of their gimmick. Probably one of their next crossovers will reunite them, only to have them fight amongst themselves while on the same team.

When Charles Xavier comes back and explains that he doesn't hold Scott responsible for his death, welcoming him back. Then Cyclops' team and Wolverines' team will no longer be actively hostile, but Wolverine will be, as ever, uneasy and disgruntled. Everyone else will be happy to have each other back though.

When one of the both team leaders die. The only way this can end is with both Logan and Scott depower themselves and fight to the death with rusty daggers. Only then will their be peace.
