Cyclops will not be be in prison for too long. I would like to know what you think he should do after breaking out and what do you think marvel will do with his character ?.
First off, Marvel should make Magneto evil again. The good Magneto sucks. Then, he and Scott would join up and destroy The Avengers. :P
Or, he could assemble a new brotherhood of evil mutants (Mister Sinister, Juggernaut, Shadow King and the evil Magneto.) that doesn't include Emma and kill the Avengers.

He will lead a bunch of good guy X-men that are still loyal to him and protecting the new mutants, but are still outlaws and fight the avengers and such when they run into them.

By the way, I said what I wanted Scott to do and not what he would probably do. If he ever got out of prison, he would probably do what McKlayn said.
If anything I see Cyclops being the new Magneto - I mean right now when he breaks out of prison I definitely see him out for being a mutant terrorist like Magneto was - but unlike Mags I don't see Cyclops provoking the Avengers or Government. If anything he'll just be recruiting new mutants left right and centre and start his own Hellfire Club. WooWhoo!

Yeah, okay, Silver Age Magneto was. But Claremont and after he's been more consistently morally grey, rather than just committing acts of random terrorism.
He shouldn't be full on evil but he should be an outlaw with his team. Be the New Brotherhood.
hes not going to be the New Brother Hood, or the Hellfire Club that everyone seems so gun ho for, Aaron has his silly little Hellfire club full of kids already and The New Brotherhood is in Uncanny X force, he will just be Another branch of the X men, more then likely doing what ever the fuck he wants and pissing off Humans and thus in the eyes of some people "making it harder" on Mutants to interact peacefully with humans. Making all the other X men feared and hated as well including Wolverine's little school. Should be a good read ;D
I was thinking he'd be a bit like cable and try and show the media that mutants are gud. I'd like him to kill the red skull, someone needs to put him down...
