So I've been on a nostalgia kick lately and have been watching a bunch of the original xmen animated series.. Which got me thinking.. I haven't read any books with jubilee in them, and have only read an annual with gambit in it.. So... What happened to them?

I think gambit is bouncing between cy-men and wolvy and friends .

Gambit has been moping around and doing pretty much nothing in X-Men: Legacy and, more awesomely, mentoring X-23 in the recently canceled X-23 ongoing, where he went globetrotting with Laura and acted as her cool big brother. He also made some random appearances in the adjectiveless X-Men book before Schism happened. After Regenesis, he joined Wolverine's side and now teaches at the school. He's still in X-Men: Legacy, which now focuses on Rogue and the other staff members of the school, and he's also set to appear in the upcoming Astonishing X-Men by Marjorie Liu alongside characters like Wolverine, Northstar, and Karma.

Jubilee became a vampire during the Necrosha arc. Since then, she's dealt with being a blood-sucking ex-mutant in various different books (including X-23, where she became BFFs with Laura), and right now she's kicking ass in the adjectiveless X-Men title with Storm, Psylocke, Domino, Warpath, and Colossus. She's on Cyclops's side.

She turned into a vampire in Curse of the Mutants, not Necrosha. Everything else is true to the max though.

Jubilee is now a vampire and is part of Storm's team.

Gambit is gonna be part of Wolverine's team in Astonshing for a few issues I think and have a close relationship with X-23

THIS... pretty much summed up their current history!! But it was Curse of the Mutants where she turned Team Edward, not Necrosha!!

For Jubilee's Vampirification (I'm sure I just made that) check out X-Men: Curse Of The Mutants and follow it up with Wolverine And Jubilee. Be warned that she's not the same feisty firework-popping kid from the old cartoons though.

More then a few issues, this is the Astonishing X-Men team/writer for the long haul.

Other then being a lead in that book he's in X-Men Legacy, the main characters are Rogue, Gambit, Rachel Grey and Frenzy, i think.(his role has got bigger now that the book has got a new writer).

Quite a good time to start reading if your a fan of both as Jubilee has returned and Gambit is now a lead in a couple of books.

This just strangely reminded me of those popular shows when you're a kid and then 20 years later they make a video called "Where are they now 2015?"
