I'm more of F4 reader so I don't keep up with the X-men that much however could someone tell me why they move to I believe its called Utopia

They got tired of having the mansion blown up every week so they moved to San Fransisco. Eventually, thanks to Normarn and his Dark Avengers, they leave San Fransisco and raise one of Magneto's old bases off the coast and make an island out of it, supported by Atlantis immediately under it, and called it Utopia.

Oh Thank you very much, I hate to keep bothering you but could you tell which issue they decided to move to utopia

It happened in the story arc Utopia. Don't remember the issue number.
