Screw the rules let's just say all the New Xmen
X-Men
Team » X-Men appears in 13419 issues.
The X-Men are a superhero team of mutants founded by Professor Charles Xavier. They are dedicated to helping fellow mutants and sworn to protect a world that fears and hates them.
What 3 Teen X-Men Deserve More Screen Time?
Surge
Wind Dancer
The two contrast well. They are both independent, but one lives off of aggressive and fight or flight while the other is the optimist and warm-hearted one who picks her fights a bit more thoughtfully.
Wind Dancer needs an improved visual, however.
Surge - she got thrown under the bus when it came to X-23 and she's just portrayed as a moody teenager now so it's kind of annoying -_____-
Hellion - he's just a background character bully and it's getting a bit boring he has a lot of potential like Surge to become a good leader if the writers get his shit together!
Dust - she has the potential to kick some ass and should definitely bring her into more story-lines and put her on a team

Prodigy: I feel that he has a lot of potential; more than Cypher, actually, and I would like him to get his powers back and join the team again. Technically, he's more of a telepath than a polymath, but even with access to knowledge, he has enough limits in terms of needing to learn coordination, dexterity and etc to keep him interesting.
Dust: I like her character, even though it was obvious they just wanted to make a Muslim character. It might have been more interesting if she wasn't that devout even though she followed the precepts and wore lingerie and risque clothing beneath her abaya.
I don't really like any of the others - too action-figure-ish and I don't like their code names.
Dust, Loa, and Cipher. I find them very interesting and they're hardly used. I was going to say Jubilee but she's getting more attention now, while these three desperately need it!
Im voting Loa, Dust and Surge. I know Loa had alot of storytime in Namor, but I didnt care to pick up that book just for her.
Elixir~ What Is Goin On With Him
Armor~ The Suppose ed Future Leader Of The X-Men..... So When Does Her Training Start? She Needs More Screen Time.
Carter( Forgot His Last Name But His Mom Was Annie, The School Nurse)~ Cassandra Nova Is With Him..... Ware Is He, What Is He Doin, Is He Stronger Than Kid Omega?
Anole - I reckon there is room for his powers to grow still and he'd be great on the battle field so long as he had the right training
Dust - Seriously what is happening with her? Considering they had the story arc showing where she became insanely powerful in the future it doesn't really seem to be happening currently...
Mercury - Again what is happening with her? She had such insanely strong powers yet she seems to be benched atm...
I really don't care for the Hellions, aside from Rockslide.
Mercury has cool powers, but lacks a distinct personality. She's been featured prominently several times, all rather inconsistently and unspectacularly (she was enjoyable in Pixie Strikes Back in a "stock character" sort of way). At this point, I'd much rather take the visually-similar Transonic or Bling! over her, both of whom have managed to nail down a personality in far fewer issues.
Dust's ability to turn into a sandstorm is kind of racist. I enjoy her relative timidity, but again, its kind of an obvious choice for the character. There's a PC tokenism about her that seems to lack the comedic irony that is usually present in Morrison characters.
Hellion is just an angsty jerk that was given a lot of angst to help justify his character. I find him completely unenjoyable.
