How does that image convey Iron Phoenix? It makes it seem like Tony's getting a power-up to take down Scott.

But aside from that, I don't see how that screams Iron Phoenix.

This. Hope and Wanda seem to be powering Iron man. Also Scott in the background is still wearing his phoenix outfit.

Well, even though Egon said to never take what's shown on the cover as what happens in the books... lets be daring and cross the streams. Since it doesn't look so much like Iron Phoenix to me, but Iron Man using all those other issues slowly developing subplot of trying to crack Wanda, Hopes and Phoenix powers to find a way to make a suit that can harness the deus ex machina 'Wanda doesn't have chaos powers oh wait no Wanda does have chaos powers' powers with the deus ex machina 'Hope use to be a cool tough female Cable style soldier oh no wait now she is a cheap rip off of Rogue without the psychological issues powers' powers' with the deus ex machina "Phoenix Phoenix Retcon Retcon 80's 90's retcon retcon powers' powers. Since he has pinkish red power crackle on one side of his armor with Scarlet Witch "subtly" standing behind him on the same side and yellow lightening power crackle on the other side, where Hope is standing "subtly" as well. Boy, its almost as if Iron Man will have this big cool movie **cough** story saving moment. Is now a good time to Hulk appear in this series? Cause I could see Hulk randomly jumping in to catch a falling Chaos Hope Man... err Iron Phoenix.

Are they going to end up at Shawarmas' after the credits? Because that would be the only moderately good thing that could come from such contrived conventions.
