And the X-men are just the most intriguing pantheon.

Cyclops and Havok having sibling issues. Havok being in his brother's shadow and now being at odds with him because of AVX.

Cable may be Cyclops only REAL offspring, but the two have been clashing heads since his 90s X-Force days. I dont remember whether he voiced any disapproval regarding Emma, but Jean was the closest thing to a Mother as "Redd", and im sure the psychic affair wldnt have gone down too nicely.

While Cyclops is numero uno in the Summers family, i would actually like to see more of how the rest of the family feel about EACH OTHER. We've seen glimpses with Cable & X-Force running into the Uncanny Avengers, but nothing extensive. Does Rachel harbour a resentment for Cable for being a real sibling? Does Havok try to be a father figure to Rachel now that Cyclops has gone renegade? Do any of the Summers even CARE about Nate Grey? (i know i dont)

Cable never really showed any issue with Cyclops and Emma. He doesn't tend to care about irrelevant things like that, being busy with one mission after the other doesn't leave much time for that.

Also, I'm pretty sure Cable and Rachel consider each other siblings just as Rachel called Jean Grey in 616 "Mom" all the time. She even called Cyclops "dad" a few times but mostly calls him by his first name.

On the matter of whether or not Rachel should be considered his daughter, it doesn't change the fact that both Jean and Cyclops considered her as such.

We can have a "What If" book where Gabriel comes back from the dead, and then Scott, Alex & Gabriel get possessed by the Phoenix Force.

They can call that "What if the Summers Brothers really, REALLY wanted to wreck some shit up". I would fucking buy that book like yesterday already.

"Summers Family Connection" is the name of my Fountains of Wayne cover band.

Read the new Uncanny Avengers book, # 4.

I really feel that down the line, there will be a team-up and reconciliation between the 2 Summers Brothers. It just seems like it's being built-up that way.

Right now, in the poor psychological state that Scott is in, he needs his brother's support and help just as much as he needs the younger version of him and Jean, IMHO.
