Is this even necessary... Storm and Wolverine barley did anything. He gave her a haircut and they kissed.... and possibly hooked up. There relationship is barely a week old in Marvel time.

Storm should be single. I can't believe more people weren't offended by someone who is meant to be the female lead of the x-men just going from man to man with no break in the middle as if she's a 19 year old that needs men to define her.

I also think Storm should be single, but I didn't find it offensive, though I did consider it a bit out of character. Then again, it's not unheard of for totally mature people to hook up with old flames after coming out of a serious relationship; y'know, to help them re-establish their own personal boundaries. If I think of it that way, it doesn't seem so weird.

Yes i was highly pissed they re paired her so quickly, at the same point even more pissed it was Wolverine (yes i know they have a history but still heavy flirtation was enough lol) I think she should be single and i am pulling for Panther in this just because i am so fed up with wolverine ;D

Having two men fight over a woman is so passe. Storm and Wolverine look very awkward in this picture, as well...Storm's hair and costume seem tacky and Wolverine's claws on the left side seem unfinished. Plus his head is at a weird angle.

Eh I don't like either of these pairings. I guess I like the idea more of BP and Storm but after seeing how everyone butchered both of them I'm over that pairing. I can see major relationship troubles with Storm and Wolverine when the topic of killing people comes up. Storm wouldn't stand for that but Wolverine would do what he felt was necessary... And that would drive them apart. Their relationship is doomed to fail just like BP and Storm. Unless writers manage to overlook the obvious story-writing potential and stick to making Storm a 1-dimensional character who is a badass and shoots lightning.

Why isn't this happening in a Black Panther or Storm ongoing series?

@fodigg: What would a Storm ongoing be about? And why is topic still being played out? On the Avengers side of the universe of Marvel comics, Storm's name doesn't even come up nor does it seems that T'challa even cares. I wish writers would end this Wolverine and Black Panther thing.

When I think "storm villains" I always think Shadow King. Storm chasing down a returned Farouk run amok could be a good title. Especially if you throw Gambit and Rachel Summers in as supporting characters.

Another angle to take would be having her called to save a resurgent Morlock populace. That would allow her to hold down a solo title while still effectively leading an ensemble of new characters, her forte.

@fodigg: OMG I would love for her to team up with Callisto kinda like how Psylocke is teaming up with Spiral.

I think that would definitely work. The knife-fight with Callisto for control of the Morlocks was one of Storm's classic crowning moments, so they'd be smart to reference that if they ever try to launch a solo for her.

Wolverine and Black Panther are dead even in fighting skills and physical stats. It really could go either way, but Wolverine's healing factor should tip the fight in his favor.

@fodigg: @poisonfleur: I would love to see Callisto back in Storms picture they're great rivals an had one of the most iconic fights in Marvel history as h2h go in my opinion. An to put them in a situation that they would have to work together would be An amazing challenge for both.

@wolverine08: no T'Challa has all the knowledge and experience of previous Black Panthers. So, he has much more fighting experience than he had before. so it improves his fighting skills

Didn't Black Panther once beat up Silver Surfer? Isn't he like, Marvel's Batman? Shouldn't he be able to beat up anyone if he "prepares" or exploits some sort of "everybody has knees" style pressure-point-fu?

I mean, above and beyond the whole "anyone can beat anyone if plot calls for it" stuff.
