Wonder Woman physically, Storm on a wider scale.

Ms. Marvel physically, Rogue potentially greater, but default isn't.

Emma isn't even in this competition. Psylocke is the strongest of the three in a telekinetic fashion. Sue comes in at a close second with the versatility of her forcefields.

Tie. On the one hand, Jean Grey eats suns like a trucker eats... anything. On the other, Scarlet Witch used to be an unstable reality warper. Not sure about her current state though.

Storm would be beaten by Wonder Woman in every fight, Diana can just blitz her. But talking about pure power I think that Storm has got a little more.

Rogue alone isn't powerful and can't stand against Carol. She needs other powers to become strong, so Carol is more powerful because she's got her own powers,

Susan can beat Emma or Betsy because she can stop telepathy and telekinesis. Talking about potential I think that the strongest is always Susan, while Emma is more powerful than Betsy(her levelsof power are to variable and sometimes it seems like she hasn't got telekinesis).

Before all this AvX stuff Jean was the ultimate avatar of the Phoenix Force, she has kept her universe in her hands, she can beat Scarlet and she's more powerful than her.

Wonder Woman vs Storm: Wonder Woman (mostly due to blitzing)

Whose more powerful?

Storm manipuates the energies that govern all aspects of weather, which gives her a long list of abilities.

Rogue vs Ms. Marvel: Rogue(due to absorption ability)

Who is more powerful?

Tie. Carol can absorb energy and become Binary who is vastly more powerful than Ms. Marvel. Rogue on the other hand has more potential being that she can absorb powers, psyches and other abilities from others at any given time.

Emma Frost vs Susan Storm: Tie (due to telepathy/forecfield submission)

Whose more powerful?

Emma. Susan is extremely powerful and has shown some very formidable feats with her force fields. However Emma has shown telepathy on a global scale and has shown some formidable feats as well. her power also grants her versatility.

Psylocke vs Susan Storm: Susan (due to force field)

Whose more powerful?

Psylocke has more potential and is more versatile. If she still retained her shadow teleportation powers I'd give her the win.

Scarlet Witch vs Dark Phoenix: Dark Phoenix (she'll overwhelm Wanda)

Who is more powerful?

Dark Phoenix. Wanda has done some impressive feats even before House of M, but compared to an immortal and mutable manifestation of the prime universal force of life and passion, IMO Wanda falls short. She struggled with Namor and ran from Emma in AvX. Compared to Dark Phoenix, the Phoenix Five can't hold a candle. Dark Phoenix was described as being second only to the creator and to hold unlimited power, Wanda is powerful but I don't think she can compare to that.

@Veitha: Susan can beat Emma or Betsy because she can stop telepathy

Emma has proved this false on two occasions IIRC.

Wait a Second, didn't Storm already beat Wonder Woman in the Marvel and DC Crossover. Didn't Rogue put Ms Marvel into a coma before.

Storm's weather manipulation abilities make her one of the strongest mutants in the Marvel Universe but Wonder Woman's physical abilities give her the fight

Current Rogue would lose to Ms. Marvel

Susan is perhaps the strongest with Psylock and Emma fighting for second place.....still not sure if Sue's force field block telepathy though.

Dark Jean is overall more power. Without the Life-Force (or PIS), Wanda is back to her mid-level power range
