The X-Men are a superhero team of mutants founded by Professor Charles Xavier. They are dedicated to helping fellow mutants and sworn to protect a world that fears and hates them.
I am confused, as you linked to something from 2010...
Regardless, that series sucked majorly.
Yes, yes it did. It could have been good, but they allowed crap story-telling to happen.
I was a little unfair, the Legion arc, Fall of the New Mutants and the Second Coming/AoX tie-ins weren't bad. But after AoX it was just dire.
So basically you are saying Wells's run was ok, but DnA's run was atrocious?
Pretty much! But, as I understand it, long-term New Mutants fans weren't impressed with the former's tenure, either!
They can't let go of Claremont's pen.
I agree Well's run was pretty good actually, the rest of it was pretty shit. And I wouldn't exactly say Claremont (although he is awesome, all hail Claremont!) but even the time they spent as X force (not sure who wrote the original series) was nice but since then the characters have been majorly under or wrongly used
