    Sabretooth is probably coming back soon (if he hasn't already). The little Next Issue thing in the last panel of the most recent issue of WatXM proclaimed, "NEXT ISSUE: The Gentleman's Name Is Sabretooth!" So I guess we have to wait a month and see.

    Yes, they are both alive again. Currently in Wolverine, Sabretooth and Mystique are apprently a couple now working for The Hand and are trying to kill Wolverine for well...killing them. I also believe Sabretooth is going to be appearing in Wolverine and the X-Men soon as well.

    But I do feel the coupling makes sense seeing as they both have a strong hatred towards Wolverine. Though ever since I saw the episode of Wolverine and the X-Men where it was revealed that Wolverine and Mystique were a couple during their time together with Weapon X (in the show) I've grow really found of that pairing. But in comics, with their history, I know it would be pretty hard to see them getting along anytime soon... =/

    I think it's pretty awesome as well. I was a bit caught off-guard when I realized they were together but Jason Aaron is handling the idea very well.

    Well in Wolverine #300 at the end it does call them a couple, and Mystique calling Sabretooth "lover" I think pretty much means their together in one form or another.
