Can I hope to get THIS post-AVX Kickass-clops over the current watered down and insecure Emo-clops?

Cyclops is that typical "good guy." The kind that will always moan, "but I'm a Good Guy." But is, of course, every bit of a douche bag.

So much of this. The nice guy mentality. And the more I read about him (because really what human can - or would want to - catch up on every comic ever written in the X men universe) the creepier he becomes. Oh how fabulous!

What is the significant of the word Bad@ss? Why not Invincible, bulletproof, or even inviolable? It's more educated.

hey i just think it would be cool if he started scratching peoples faces out, as oppose to what he does now when he sees mutants being mistreated....which idk even what that is since its been so long since he encountered someone harming mutants

I really hope so. Even though his a hero, but people seem to think he's more like an antihero now. :(

I'm afraid the "golden age" of Cyclops is already over. I think Bendis want redeem (for what?) Cyclops and bring him back to the fence of the good guys. If I am right, Cyclops will return to being the insicure and not credible leader who was and it is a pity, because a strong and authoritarian Cyclops (like the Cyclops of the "X-Men, the end") is better for the X-stories.

I don't mean Cyclops have to be bad, but I mean a good Cyclops have not to be moron.
