Was that supposed to be Emma Frost or what?
X-Men
Team » X-Men appears in 13416 issues.
The X-Men are a superhero team of mutants founded by Professor Charles Xavier. They are dedicated to helping fellow mutants and sworn to protect a world that fears and hates them.
I just rewatched DOFP and I saw this...
wait was this at the end?
Yes after Logan wakes up in the school. Just to have an idea when, it's exactly when Bobby picks up Rouge
@marcosvergara14: couldnt tell you , it was a split second,
Cool beans.

i always that i made up that saying, guess i was wrong
couldn't be Emma Frost, she's dead before the timeline was affected.

Or, you know, it could just be a blonde in a white coat. Hell, it could be Dazzler, for all we know.

Emma Frost was in XMO Wolverine too.
@devilsgrin81: there are two Emma Frosts in the xmen films. the person at the end of DoFP could be the Emma Frost on the left

Also, Emma is in the same peer group but a as Jean, Storm, and Cyclops - they are about the same age, though I would say Emma is the oldest in that group. Even in First Class, which is in the same timeline and continuity of DoFP, it was arguable if she was older than Prof X or younger but with a harder outlook. And Wolverine Origins isn't not really canon, because the timelines and cameos don't make sense.
Maybe that's Husk, Dazzler, Roulette, Magma, or some other blond character. And I don't think that clothing combo is particularly classy lol.

I'm fairly certain Origins has been written out of existence.
rogue should be with gambit not iceman
^This. But whatever happened to Gambit in the X-men movies. Last time when we saw him he was in that cruddy Wolverine Origins movie.

if you mean that the timeline from origins and onward was rewritten due to what happens in DoFP, then yes. But the Emma Frost on the left could have still been born. if i was to guess based on her looks i'd say she was born around 15 years prior to Origins
@averywetfrog: Naw I mean they basically came out and said that Origins didn't happen like the entire movie.

so in the new timeline she is alive like cyclops and jean were alive again but she is more likely to return as a villain. also in DOFP banshee and emma were mentioned that they died.

Wolverine still experienced all of the events from origins and the rest of the 1st timeline and remembers everything. it is canon, but only he remembers it because he was the one who was sent through time by Kitty Pryde. the timeline was rewritten starting at 1973.

You're not getting me. The producer behind the movies said just forget about Origins and The Last Stand, as in they never existed. Nothing to do with the context of Days of Future Past. aka non-canon

Yeah the Emma on the right died. anything could happen with the new timeline and the Emma Frost on the left.

I get you. but i insist. the events of those movies did not happen in the new timeline after what happened in DoFP. but Wolverine still remembers the events happening because he was the only one that time traveled.
@feartheliving: i am 100% serious. rewatch the movies. look up the timeline. this is a fact, Wolverine remembers both timelines because he was the only one to have his mind get sent back in time.

just look up the dofp end credits and find out who the blonde girl is....
@amazingspiderman15: Hahah. Nope.
Beata
Obviously, that's probably somebody else.
unnamed mutant or sister of a mutant
Emma, Angel Salvadore, Banshee, & Azazel all died after First Class & before the begining of DoTFP.... if there is a resemblance then it was by mistake. the whole reason for DoTFP was to fix most of the inconsistencies in the original movies..... to have emma alive wouldnt make sense unless she was one of the horsemen in the next movie which also takes place before the ending of DoTFP.
Well, it looks like Emma Frost, but I could be wrong. It's probable somebody else. Nevertheless, that girl looks fabulous.
@feartheliving: Or Magneto just believed she was.
@tyger: Who Emma? It was Mystique who saw the autopsies so unless they were faked it wouldn't matter what he believed.

Mystique
Emma Frost
Is the idea of fake info floating around hard to believe?
I know Magneto rattles off a list of the dead, but... he's been fooled before.

what he means is and to put it in a way you should understand, even before the timeline changed at the end of the movie X-men Origins and Last Stand do not exist in the continuity because they contradict. they are their own stand alone movies.
@tyger: No it's not hard to believe but I doubt they'd put those photos in there just to be like lol we faked them...because reasons.
@strangetales: And? He was trying to say that Emma Frost was going to come into this universe she won't because that movie isn't canon they are (As in the creators of the films) forgetting it ever happened.
@strangetales: Man I don't know I haven't wrote in this topic in months so I'm going off memory fumes, plus I'm very tired so I'm sorry if you were agreeing with me but I thought you were trying to argue for the Origins Emma to appear in the new timeline.
@feartheliving: lol no problem I just read the conversation and got what your were saying right away I just quoted the whole conversation with your replay at the end to reiterate off it to try and help clear it up more for the other guy
@strangetales: Well thank you.
She died off-screen which casts doubt on just how dead she actually is. Afterall, Bryan Singer intended to use her in X-men 3 when he was still in negotiations to direct it, she would've been portrayed by Sigourney Weaver. So it's possible Bryan Singer still has plans to incorporate her into the X-men dynamic later but chose to make her presumed dead since the last movie ended with her being a pretty big part of the cliffhanger involving Emma (Magneto liberating her from prison).
Also, we saw relics of every deceased Brotherhood member BUT Emma. We saw autopsy photos of Angel and Azazel when Mystique was going through Trask's files then later on we saw Angel's wing in the same case that contained Magneto's before he swiped it back.
There's just so many mutants, they didn't have time for them all. Psylocke was supposed to be in Days of Future Past so was Juggernaut, Scarlet Witch was supposed to be mentioned. For the next movie, they want Jean, Scott, Storm, Mystique, Nightcrawler, Prof. X, Wolverine, Magneto, Quicksilver and the screenwriter wants to include Wanda to go into Magneto's family. My guess is Emma got cut early on because they didn't have a place for her and January Jones was too costly for a small role. It's totally possible she could come back though.
