I have to admit to liking Jubilee's design the best; it really seems to fit her character perfectly and seems like this could possibly be a real outfit for her.

The comments on the original page for tencentticker kind of show you why the artist went in this direction and that the inspiration was Yolandi Visser, an artist known for her edgy look and who is known for wearing all-white ensembles with bleach blond hair. Not really accurate to Emma's personality, but it's another take on her based on her color scheme which I found pretty edgy - it almost looks like a look that Esme was going for.
