Orphan (aka Mr. Sensitive) from X-Statix?

Only one I can think of with Empathy is Cordelia Frost.

No.

Hope and Synch are kind of empaths if you go by the "Heroes" definition of "Power empathy".

Unless you mean powers like the mutant Empath, there isn't any mutants besides him with his power.

Empaths..? Does Excalibur still count as an X-Team? If so Meggan

the Xmen haven't really had empaths on the rooster, as mentioned before Meggan is an empath, but IMO she falls under the "all powerful" category, she is not all powerful but she is extremely powerful for an empath. Empath was part of X-corp so i guess he counts. Moonstars powers were empathic in nature as were Gosamyrs (but she was an alien and part of New Mutants for a while). Revanche was a low level empath before she swapped bodies with Betsy, but she was not affiliated with the Xmen until after the swap. Wallflower could manipulate moods but was not really an empath. There are other mutant empaths like Annalee and D'gard but they were Morlocks. Polaris has a secondary mutation that has an empathic element to it as far as influencing negative aspects of human nature.

Moonstar had empathy, (she actually had a lot of powers so I don't know if she counts!!)

Just about any character with some form of telepathy had a tinge of empathy as thoughts are very closely linked to emotions.

Empath. He was reformed, but was inexplicably transformed into a raving psychotic nutjob by a bad writer. If you needed a character who can sense & manipulate others feelings then Manny could be turned into a hero... it's almost happened a few time before.

Other than that, you're looking mainly at your low level telepaths/less-popular like Karma, No-Girl...
