Marvel has released its first teaser of the week, featuring a new creative team on "Generation Hope" and the addition of Sebastian Shaw to the cast. The Dale Keown-drawn image, featuring Shaw surrounded by other blacked-out characters, promotes the November-dropping issue 13 from writer James Asmus and artist Ibraim Roberson by encouraging fans to let loose with their X-title theories via a special Twitter hashtag: #XMenRegenesis.

This follows in the footsteps of last week's "Uncanny X-Men" and "Wolverine and the X-Men" teasers, both of which also featured a lone character surrounded by silhouetted teammates.

Oh my! amazing! how will Shaw join? this is quite epic.

Meh never liked Shaw in the first place.

I don't see how this would work. But it appears that Schism and/or post schism will deal with the Hellfire club. So maybe Hope ditches the X-Men and takes the team with her.

It looks like they'll be replacing Idie with Shaw. 
 
So maybe Idie will have a bigger role in either Uncanny or Wolverine and the x-men? For some reason i see her being on Logan's team though.

LOL, but seriously they're turning too many Super Villains into heroes. Shaw =/= Hero. Mags is one thing. Namor is another different thing. But I not like this... :P

meh, this series started off great, but the last few issues felt like filler or something

So Idie leaves.
And they gain shaw. Well i guess they needed a tank but they just lost all energy manipulation so hopefully Idie gets replaced by another one.

If Magneto can spend some time in the light why not Shaw. He is a severely underrated villain with tons of potential. Recently in Uncanny X-Men 534 Emma seemed to erase 
Shaw's mind leaving him in the middle of nowhere  with no memory. So it remains to be seen it the Shaw we see there is the Shaw we know or this new person.

Well yes he is a direct steal from Akira. Gillen calls him a homage. 
 
Not Sure but being connected to Wolverine did not hurt Kitty, Jubilee, Armor or X-23's careers.

I actually hope that's a rival class.  Shaw w/ Hope sounds like a shitty story.

Yeah I am tired of converted Villains especially since new villain creation is not compensating with the death and conversion of classic.
 
A villain team could be interesting on the cover. But I doubt that. Athough he could grab a few lights and what ever is left of the inferno babies and make a new team.

Very interesting, the visible characters in these silhouette covers seem to be the leaders of their team I wonder if Shaw is calling the shots, "helping" them since their new mutants/finding more new mutants, are they watching him but who knows. In the solicit other than Shaw I'm only sure of Hope, Teon, Laurie, Gabriel and possibly a further mutated Kenji (looked like spidery leg silhouettes). I love the series now and I'm excited to see where it's going.

reading the series and the solicits. enjoyable book. noting a new creative team but not seeing where an actual revamp or reboot is happening to it.
