Why?

I voted for Storm, I like Storm more. She has better powers and she has a better personality. She offers more to the X-Men.

Is this another blanket poll so you can find some reason to knock Emma again while toting about X character's superiority over her, and to find some like minded individuals to try and back you up in your hate about her?

I assume both. Didn't Emma during in Wolverin ATXN cartton, took a demon away from her? I thought she fought very well in saving her ass.

Emma, though they both have attitude problems.

Emma....both share very pompous attitudes at times, but Storm never actually gets called out for her negative traits....its soured me on the character unless shes in a group

I hate Emma as a character.. But I hate Storm's powers.. Hmmmmm.

I like them both and generally dont tend to try and rank characters too much. Now if you want ask me who I'd prefer to kill off and never have in the Xmen comics again then I got a nice list for you

Storms a better leader, Emma seems to me more of someone who's second in command.

@malachi_munroe: Lol yea I respect that. It's just hard to sort through the craziness when not declaring her "Goddess of Earth and X-Men" can set off an argument in some threads.... It's a scary fandom sometimes.

@time: it's really only on this site that Emma would lead in the polls when measured against the top X-ladies. She has good sized fan following here and Storm has some haters and trolls (and some with alt accounts) that will get votes to whoever she is up against.

Agreed and people are free to vote for whomever they like. But the trolling that Storm has received on this site has been much more than any character.

I think she has done a lot more for the X-Men, I like her powers more, I think she has more skills, and she ha the respect of the MU hero community.

Then you obviously didn't check every thread. And I wouldn't find a thread about her allegedly being a lesbian, something many people have suspected over the years (or that she is possibly bi-sexual), as being negative.

@malachi_munroe: I like to think so. Scott's probably the guy you want in a crisis or playing general of the whole army but Storm's the one you want leading the team when it's time to take action, or make a statement. The Viner in question was even quoted i think...

Well, since her mother is a princess (or queen), I'm sure she does have the right. And as a Queen that storm is (not just in Wakanda), she should have the right to rule. I agree with you. Now, don't think I don't like Storm. Again, I like them all not just Storm. But it's true that a Troll will try to tears down a character. I was just saying this doesn't imply just Storm. I do like Storm.
