You got Nightcrawlers apperance and Teleport powers, change wolverines claws into strong unbreakable claws adding the healing factor and give him Magnetos force feild and Levetation abilites to for UnHoly a demon from the confines of the abyss come to earth to cleanse the human race of all evil by any means nececary.

I'd combine Havok, Wolverine, and Xavier. He may not be the most powerful, but it would take a hell of a lot to take him down.

Cable "fully powered" , Gambit " when he faught new sun" Vulcan

Baring in mind when gambit was at that power level he had an enregy based healing factor , which combined with vulcans energy manipulation menas he should be able to heal virtually anything while consuous, adding cables crazy tk and tp just makes the mixture super powerful.

Well, i haven't been keeping up with x-men. But i believe Rogue can hold powers forever now, and mimic needs to be near mutants and has a limit to how much he can copy.

I think the 616 mimic retains the powers of jean, hank, warren, scott & bobby (at lower levels) but can presumably switch out powers if he wants to maxing out at 5 abilities. rogue has had all kinds of messed up stuff happen, but to my knowledge, she doesn't have instant recall anymore BUT she can consciously turn her powers on and off. i may be wrong though. SO i renounce my previous inquiry because having rogue's current powers AND all 5 original x-men's would be pretty cool.
