Now that his run is coming to an end, does anybody think Marvel will collect the series in an Omnibus edition? I know a lot of folks on this board have Bendis-hate, but I really enjoyed the run, and also really loved the artwork by bachalo. I would love to have them all in a hardcover format.

Generally speaking, what is Marvel's general criteria for creating an Omnibus?

Not really much happens in 32 issues of the run......There's no pay-off.

Mm. But then the fact that you monetarily supported the title kind of nullifies this detraction.

@alias99: can i ask what you need to collect it for? Nothing, literally, happened. Conversions removed BoTA, Time Travel removed Last Will Arc, and latest issue (from heresay) came out that the Revolution was really nothing. So NOTHING happened at all. If I were you, I would get some Valiant HC's.

This one seems doubtful. They may do some of the OSHC's like they have for All-New and Thor Though, so all may not be lost for you. They seem to be trying this format out at the moment and limiting the Omnibus format even further. I would guess one would have already been released if they planned on it though (The OSHC). Between the his 2 runs I think All New has a better chance at an Omnibus as in general it was better received. I enjoyed Uncanny for the most part, but I do agree, NOTHING has happened in the whole run. I stopped collecting it 6 months back and it is still basically at the exact same point. There was a lot of promise there in the first 2 or three arcs...

Sales-wise it definitely hit the mark.
