Bat-villain-mutants.

#1 Posted by Sling Shot (3572 posts) - - Show Bio

Which non-powered villains from the Bat rogue gallery would be transferred to the Marvel world of X-men?

And what mutation would manifest?

Two Face would have the mutant power of probability manipulation decided by a coin flip. Good face augments his targets statistcal sucess, and Bad heads the opposite. Either way He would attempt to do what ever he wanted to them.Meaning even if they were blessed he would still try and off them, or if they were cursed he would try to off them.

the penguin would be more like he was in that batman movie with catwoman. and catwoman could be like tigra.

the joker makes them laugh to death???????????

#4 Posted by Sling Shot (3572 posts) - - Show Bio

vegeta says:

"the joker makes them laugh to death???????????"

I made a character like that where his laugh is contagious and a powerful form of mind control that ends in the body siezing from overtaxation.

Also what I figured Joker would have . That or comedic timing, which is a cocktail of clairvoyance and precognition. Always giving him the heads up on what to do next kInda like a more sophistiated Spidey sense.

Sounds like Madcap.

#8 Posted by Sling Shot (3572 posts) - - Show Bio

Mad cap has an amazing healing factor, and the ability to stimulate neurotic behavior in his victims through eye contact that feels euphoric to them.

Joker would be comparable but not exactly that.

#9 Posted by Forever (4332 posts) - - Show Bio

I wasnt saying exactly, more like reminiscent of. But I like the idea.

Forever says:

Yeah i figured that. Got a Bat villain transfer?

#11 Posted by Forever (4332 posts) - - Show Bio

Hmmm. Only one off the top of my head. Professor Hugo Strange, with the telepathic ability to twist men's minds and drive them insane.

#12 Posted by Sling Shot (3572 posts) - - Show Bio

Fresh.

I would make Mr Zsasz to have the ability to stimulate pain in others just by being in his presence. If he were to focus his pain ability on an individual it would be incapacitating, the by-product would be a sense of euphoria generated in Mr. Zsasz.

#13 Posted by Sling Shot (3572 posts) - - Show Bio

Thanks. I'm digging my Mr. Zsasz right now.

Good thread, gotta think up something now. I really like that 2 Face thing.

Harley Quinn. Her mutant ability would be Super Human Agility, Dexterity, Acrobatics. She would lose the ridiculous Jester outfit, maybe team up with Mystique for assassination, black ops type jobs.

If there was a list i could work off it would be much easier,im off to find one if no one else has one.

#17 Posted by Buckshot (18685 posts) - - Show Bio

The Riddler. He could have psychic abilities triggered by his speech that allow him to confuse his enemies in a variety of ways. Examples: confusing nerve signals so trying to move an arm would move a leg, altering perceptions to induce vertigo, confusing the speech center of the brain making it impossible to communicate clearly, create severe cases of synaesthesia to confound the senses, etc, etc. He wouldn't be able to cause any physical damage, but he'd make it impossible for people to fight him. It could be limited so it only works if they can't get the riddle. As long as they're working with the question he asks, their body is affected in whatever way he chooses.

Beautiful, well thought out.

We might have to make an RPG using these villains.

Black Mask has the ability project his essence into effigies other than his body. He realised this mutation in the desperation of transferring his essence into his mask as he fell to the knife of his right hand man, only to slave his mutinous leiutenant's body as he dons the Black Mask. This power gives him a certain brand of serial immortality..of sorts. It is hypothesized that the mask served as an effigy because Black Mask considered it a part of him.SO in theory any of his personal effects he has such strongly identifies with could serve as well. HE has many masks for just such an occasion, his duration out of an effigy is short lived, literally.

I'd like to see what you come up with. I didn't follow that series very closely so am not as familiar with that character.

Buckshot says:

"Nobody says:
"Ventriloquist has the ability to animate objects into his puppets. These object can think on there own and answer to his mental commands."
I think that'd more appropriate for Toyman. Just my opinion."

I agree.

I thought Toyman was more a Superman villian then Batman.

Calender Man. His mutant ability allows him to see and accurately predict how many offensive and defensive moves his opponent has in his or her arsenal. Just one look at a person, he is able to go back and witness every fight they've ever had. Then using a series of mathematical equations, he can predict what move they will use first, any and all counter moves, and there go to move. He can then formulate multiple scenarios that would give a person the best chance of victory. He can do this within seconds. He has no training in combat what so ever and his power is absolutely useless to him. But in the right hands his power is lethal.

A neutered Midnighter. Interesting. Good stuff Gamby.

I believe you are correct, about that.
