I'll put a vote up for Betsy. Get her out of the Exiles and back to 616.

Am I blanking out? Have they announced who will be on Astonishing when Whedon and Cassady leave? I would almost say just cancel the title.

Maggott was in this pic (seems a little small here):

He died in a Weapon X concentration camp but gave one of his maggotts to a couple kids in the camp in this issue (I think):

Sinister got his hands on the maggot so it would be easy to bring him back since the maggots must be made of his DNA. I thought he had potential, unusual powers are good in my book.

I 'm in complete agreement.Unusual and dynamic powers have a way of refreshing an overly used archetype and adding elements of character. Instead of a run of the mill stronguy with Maggot you have an organic disentigration unit/strong man.

See. Way more interesting than a Sunder type.

I think the ever droll Angel could use some Astonishing. Especially if they made him the ultimate flier with a secondary mutation of solid light wings.

Also Bishop needs some help. take him back to his roots Astonishing style.

With Betsy, I'd like to see a more in-depth portrayal than a lot of the previous stuff, plus she's older than a lot of the other newer x-men so it would be nice to see her wiser and less annoying (her early stuff bugged me).

With Angel, it would be great to see him grow up some. He had the whole thing with Husk but I lost interest so I really don't know how that ended. It would be good to see it expanded upon or dropped and have him come back and again be older and wiser.

I like Hisak. eh excuse me Armor. She is a cool addition while Whedon and Cssady are around.

And to address the roster thing I didn't htink they would add anyone it's just who we want.

kwannon. in betsy's body of course. it would be a shocker, plus they would give her a really good story.
