    Beast has from time to time exhibited levels of self-hatred. During Whedon's run when Dr. Rao developed "Hope" he obtained a sample of the serum and according to Emma Frost he was on the fence about "curing" himself. I feel like those with physical mutations are probably most likely to experience this though. Just a thought.

    Well, Idie Okonwo (from Five Lights) is one that comes into mind.
    Cessily Kincaid had problems with her mutation too.

    X-23 is low down on the self-esteem league tables. But she has problems seeing herself as a human being, not just because of her mutant powers.
