I can't believe no one has made a thread on this in the Beast or X-men forum.

What do you guys think of the new Beast? What is he even supposed to look like? I don't know what to think of it. Here's a picture:

I'm not a fan. It looks like he's had a strength increase though which is pretty cool (if that is the case).

He looks more muscular which I think would be interesting to see in the field, so to speak, so for that I'm interested..

I hope Bendis explains this at least a little bit. I don't know if this is the next mutation (like is he going to look bigger with a goblin-like face from now on?) and younger Beast just helped him survive that or is he finally cured for good? Either way, everyone can judge me but I'm actually a fan of the feline face. So I somewhat hope this is just an artistic choice that doesn't stick around.

I liked his original form more, where he looked like a partial throwback to a gorilla and our primitive ancestors.

@RawrImADragon: I didn't know how to describe it before, but goblin-like is pretty good. Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing though...

Too Hulk-like for my taste. I am pretty sure he must have lost some of his agility because if not, it would look kinda silly to have him moving around like an ape. Also not a fan of the face.
