X-Men Origins: Wolverine
I liked this movie since I'm such a big fan of Wolverine. Hugh Jackman played the character well just like the previous X-Men trilogy. This movie as the title suggests, tells the origin of how Logan became the best who he is. The acting wise was nice and action scenes were good. Here are several downsides. If you have seen Logan's flashback scene from the first X-Men movie, it was not consistent to this movie. Because Logan never volunteered to become part of Weapon X program. In the comics, he was forced to become one. There is another inconsistent scene for Cyclops. In the first movie, Cyclops didn't even recognize that Logan did save him from Weapon X. What? ok. Cyclops should remember him but Logan can't because he didn't have memories. There was a problem for Gambit. I liked the actor who played Gambit this time in the movie since he didn't appear in the previous movies. But Gambit didn't even spoke in French accent. He also not supposed to lift cards telekinetically. He should only charge them and throw. Then there is Silver Fox and Marverick. They made Silver Fox a mutant and Maverick a human. I didn't even liked the idea but this is the movie version. The worst one was Deadpool. The portryal of the Deadpool character wasn't that good. They turned him into a superpowered machine having all the powers of various mutants. Also, Logan didn't lose his memories by getting his head shot by Stryker. There were a lot of problems going on with this movie plus a roster of whole bunch of mutants appearing in this movie. They should have kept to a minimum of characters so that we can get to see more of them. This is not an X-Men movie. It's a movie about Wolverine who is becoming the best there is. I give this movie, 3 adamantium blades out of 5.
