Can't you hear the wings?
Legion is officially the best. It's weird seeing a character I've always had no interest in, being portrayed in such a way that he actually interests me and not only holds his own, but actively holds up an entire book. Let me say this now, if you don't like Legion then you really should skip this series for the time being because it is completely Legion's story. It's not about replacing Professor X, or saving the world. No, it's about Legion trying his best to be a good person.
As far as this issue goes, Legion's greatest foe is himself and if you're not a fan of the introspective stuff(even if it takes the form of crazy multiple personality mind battles) then you'll probably find this issue a bit lacking as the stuff that happens in the real world is a bit lack luster. But then again as I said what's happening around Legion doesn't really feel like the point of the comic.
As far as future issues go, this one continues to set up the character who will no doubt be the main villain of the first arc, and sets up for an awesome battle next issue.
