Plot Summary

In the Hong Kong headquarters of the Kingpin, the X-Men (Cyclops, Phoenix, Storm and Wolverine) and Shang-Chi learn that Cannonball is a captive of the crime boss, who intends to test the curative powers of the Elixir Vitae on him.  Phoenix frees Cannonball, then the X-Men and the Kingpin verbally spar, debating the advantages of controlling the Elixir.  On a lower floor, Sebastian Shaw, intending to steal the Elixir, sneaks in and makes his way to where the X-Men, Shang-Chi, the Kingpin and his Si-Fan Ninja are.  Seeing no solution to this three-way stand-off,  Storm destroys the Elixir with a lightning bolt.
Later, as the mutant team heads back to the U.S. aboard a chartered plane, they are attacked by aircraft under the command of Operation: Zero Tolerance.
