Cyclops is not only in a relationship with Emma, but also had an affair with her while he was married to Jean. Nate had a close bond with Jean and did not think very highly of Emma, so what should his reaction be?
X-Man
Character » X-Man appears in 816 issues.
X-Man is an Omega-level mutant genetically created by Mr. Sinister from the Age of Apocalypse timeline. He shares the same genetic history as Cable. Nate has since joined the New Mutants, started a relationship with Dani Moonstar, and gained further power from the Life Seed.
How should Nate react to Cyclops' relationship with Emma Frost?
"LOLnate: hey pops whats happening
scott: well i...
nate: hey whos the hot blond with the implants
scott: ummmm
nate: so hows mom?
scott: son i...
nate: pssst dad, you hittin that?
scott: *pause* yep...
nate: nice, well im off, say hi to mom for me
scott: hehehehe the perfect crime
"
Given Nate's character, if he expresses his disapproval at all, he would privately tell Cyclops what he thought, and leave it at that. I have trouble picturing Nate getting more involved in someone else's relationship matters (yes, even a family member's) than that.

Although if it was a little more fresh and recent and Jean was still alive, and being cheated on I think I could see him acting a bit differently. Nate has never seemed the type to keep his disapproval or judgements quiet. But in this case I don't see it really coming up, at least not early on. After Rachel's reaction to Emma, I don't think they'd really go down that road much if at all. It would likely seem redundant.
What anyone would do if they found out their dad was dating Emma Frost; see a psychiatrist for an Oedipal Complex.
Cyclops isn't really his dad though. Biological parent isn't the same as actual parent. I can't see why Nate would care who Cyclops sleeps with.
The current editorial board are very fixated on Cyke and Emma, so it wouldn't surprise me if Nate comes back and becomes a cheerleader for both of them.
@SC:
I think its unclear right now as to whether or not he was aware of this relationship in Dark X-Men. If he did know about it, he had bigger problems to deal with at the time.
" Cyclops isn't really his dad though. Biological parent isn't the same as actual parent. I can't see why Nate would care who Cyclops sleeps with. "The AOA Forge was probably the strongest father figure in Nate's life, but he did form a close bond with Cyke and Jean while they were in Alaska, so logically he should have some sort of reaction.
i like this question, and it should be raised among many, many more things that need to be delved into on the subject of Nate Grey.

he considers him his father and Jean his mother especially though, this was covered a few times in his series and further out as well.
i think he would have an issue personally, especially given how Nate takes issue with many things great and small as it is, given Jean
is very important to him (not surprisingly we haven't seen his reaction to her demise either, this character is very under-managed).
