High School with the X-men 0

Cover The cover art I think was good. The powers of everyone are good it was very good art of showing that. Story The story begins with the origins of Rogue. She is at the Sheriff office and will tell nothing because her boyfriend is right now in a coma at the hospital. But she knows what really happened she kissed him and she was the one who got him in a coma. Now Anna does not want to touch anyone. Someone comes to the house to offer Anna scholarship to the Worthington Foundation and she goes...

    A fun take on the X-Men 2

Do you like the X-Films but wish they were more like the comics?Do you like the X-Comics but would prefer something a little less serious?  Do you remember the X-Series X-Men Evolution? If you answered yes to any of those then have I got a comic for you. X-Campus is the story of Anna Raven (Rouge) a girl from Georgia who while during her first kiss manifested the power to absorb the power of whomever she is touching. She gets sent to the Worthington Foundation a regular school with a special fac...

    Review: X-Campus 1

Pros: -I’ll admit, I’m a total sucker for X-Men in high school. That’s why I enjoyed the X-Men Evolution cartoon, and also why I enjoyed this book. This book definitely left me interested in seeing Artibani’s interpretation of the X-Men at this age plays out. -This book was split up into two chapters. The first chapter did a pretty solid job of introducing the various characters and their abilities. The second chapter dealt more with Rogue’s interaction with Emma, Sebastian and their Professor M...

The closet thing to X-Men Evolution since X-23 0

Finally something more X-Related to be excited about. X-Campus is the retelling of the heroes as teens my imaginary pull list just got upgraded!  Plot The issue basically sets us up for the rest of the stories focusing mainly on Rogue while introducing the cast.  My Opinion This is a really good book seriously the only thing I can really think most naysayers would say is their too young or the art isn't serious enough, well look if you didnt like Evo you won't like this and if you don't like slo...

    My Opinion 0

Liked: I like how certain aspects of the story were different from the 616 universe; Wolverine was YOUNG, Shaw & Emma were also teenagers....b/c if u notice, w/ various interpretations the characters age groups r kinda "all over the place". I also liked how Xavier and Magneto (Prof Magnus) were both under the same roof and their teams hadn't really formed or been established yet. I like a certain twist that was also done with Jean Grey, now I don't want to ruin anything so I won't say what i...
