Plot Summary
X has straddled the fence of justice for too long, and now the forces of "justice" in Arcadia are out to take him in. Don't think that the local constables are dumb enough to just send out an APB, action fans -- Arcadia law enforcement likes assault helicopters, automatic weapons, and some rather enhanced patrolmen!
