The surrogate mother and creator of X-23. It was recently revealed that she is X-23's biological mother due to her healing factor using some of Sarah's DNA to repair her embryonic cells.

In turn, his other senses were heightened to superhuman sharpness and he gained a form of "radar sense". By day, he is a successful trial lawyer; but by night, he guards Hell's Kitchen as Daredevil: the Man Without Fear.
A sadistic and invulnerable operative created by the same group that made X-23 for the purpose of keeping her in line and punishing her when she failed.
Mr. Sinister is a supervillain originating from Marvel Comics. Nathaniel Essex was a 19th Century scientist that was genetically mutated by Apocalypse, who shared his philosophy of Social Darwinism. Becoming the immortal Mr. Sinister, he is perhaps the greatest geneticist in the world; capable of cloning, creating, enhancing, and controlling mutant abilities. Sinister is one of the X-Men's most dangerous enemies.
Sister of Sarah Kinney, mother of Megan Kinney, and aunt of Laura Kinney (aka X-23).
Head of the project that created X-23. He was later killed by X-23 under Zander Rice's orders.
A skilled martial artist who was hired by the Facility to teach X-23 how to fight. One of the few people who treated her kindly, he was later killed by X-23 when she was under the influence of the Trigger Scent.
Henry is the biological son of Zander Rice and Rachel Sutter, but the legal son of Martin and Rachel Sutter. He was a target of X-23 and one of the few that she spared.
The Kingpin is a supervillain originating from Marvel Comics. The self-proclaimed kingpin of crime, Wilson Fisk is one of the most prominent figures of organized crime in the United States. He is the king of mobsters, controlling organized crime on the East Coast with an iron fist. Kingpin is a major enemy of superheroes Spider-Man and Daredevil.
An agent of the Facility, Desmond was planted with Deborah Kinney to keep an eye on Sarah Kinney and X-23's relatives. He was killed by X-23 following an accidental exposure to the Trigger Scent.
Emma Frost is a fictional character originating from Marvel Comics. Originally starting off as a super villain and enemy of the X-Men, during which she was the White Queen of the Hellfire Club, Emma Frost is a powerful mutant telepath who can transform herself into organic diamond. She has become a prominent member of the X-Men. A gifted teacher, Emma is renowned for her beauty, wit, and sense of fashion.
Tatiana is a mutant with the power to transform into any living being if she comes into contact with their blood. She retains her mutant powers after M-Day.
Kiden is a 16 year old girl from Alphabet City, a Manhattan neighborhood. After witnessing her father being murdered as a child, her family falls apart, and she delves into drugs.
Alice is a clone discovered by Miss Sinister and used to lure X-23 to her hidden base so that she can tell X-23 about her mother. Three Alice Clones are introduced in the comics, "Abused" Alice, Alice 2 and Last Alice, the only remaining clone who plays a pivotal role in the return of a major Marvel Villain.
Surge is a young mutant with electricity-based powers, and presently requires gauntlet-like regulators to fully control her powers. Considered to be one of the natural leaders of the younger mutants, she now resides at the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning
DJ is a mutant student at the Xavier Institute and a member of the Paragons. He was de-powered after M-Day and killed in the bus bomb attack. Only recently has he been resurrected, living on Krakoa.
An albino gangster with the mutant ability to become invisible across the entire visual spectrum. He died at the hands of X-23 as a superhuman assassination target.
A boy with mutant powers who helped out Kiden Nixon and her friends.

Claudine was created by the geneticist Mister Sinister to act as a fail-safe in the event of his death. When that ultimately occurred, Claudine was activated. Becoming Miss Sinister, she joined the Hellfire Club and briefly romanced Daken. Last seen unconscious in the presence of Mr. Sinister himself.
Bobby Soul's younger brother. He has some kind of strange psych power.
The father of Zander Rice and a spy at Weapon X for the Facility.
Rachel was the assistant of Martin Sutter and later married him.
