I was watching a clip of MVC3 and there was X-23's entrance and she said: "I'm the second best at what I do." For the better part of a minute I was like "Who the f*** made such a crappy ass line for such  an amazing character?!" I mean as an X-23 fan I find that logo to be an insult. While many characters were trained to be the best, she was trained to kill the best!

But she cant kill wolverine so that at least makes her number 2

"I wasn't bred for this life, I was born to do this" IMO would have been better catchphrase and also a reference to Wolverine.
