There's no way to tell where she'd be, and a failed assassination is a failed assassination. It bring down her average. If your coach tells you to intentionally walk a batter, it is still a walk. The same goes for assassinations. Laura just isn't as successful as an actual assassin as the people I mentioned, IMO.
X-23

X-23 is a product of the Weapon X program, born from a damaged sample of Wolverine's DNA. She has recently aged up, being saved from the Vault.
IS X-23 THE ULTIMATE ASSASSIN?

I think because she is so popular Marvel will make her better in time.
And she is my favorite assassin how's that work? xD
I've never read any Elektra though, or a lot of other things.
Maybe I should if it's even worth it ;/
No. The Ultimate Assassin would be able to teleport, shape-shift, read minds, mentally control computers, speak any language, mimic any ability, and turn invisible. While being a better shot than Bullseye, a better tracker and survivalist than Wolverine and a better hand-to-hand combatant than Cassandra Cain. And having PhD-level expertise in chemistry, human anatomy, pathology, toxicology, psychology, political science, theater, communications, computer science, business, history and anthropology. As well as a broad general knowledge base beyond those fields. And the medical knowledge of an experienced GP. And at least a decade's worth of experience in a CIA wet-works program or equivalent. And be a long-time member of MENSA, an Olympic-level athlete in at least half a dozen different sports, a chess grandmaster and the best acrobat and contortionist in the history of mankind.
X-23 does not fit those criteria. Hence she is not the Ultimate Assassin.

So then Batman is the closest thing to an ultimate assassin...? Seems to fit a large percentage of those.... <_<

Well, I guess I played my Batman card too soon...
Anyway... I think she has the skills to move up in the ranks, even though she may be missing quite a few of the things that Mr. Anderson listed above... If ninjas were once considered top class assassins, why veer so much from what was proven to once work? (maybe thats why Elektra is so high on the list?)
