Can someone tell me how she received it and its capabilities? And can someone also post some scans of her using it? I really like the idea of her finally having a blast-type power. Plus, it matches her :D

I'm a bit of a Fish-Out-of -Water when it comes to modern comics. So if Wonder Woman has received a new power I'd love to hear about it.

She got it because her Braclets of victory were forged from shards of zeus's shield.

@ArtsyGal: You're right, her bracelets have always been made from Zeus's shield, but in Rise of the Olympian (or the volume after it) he tells her he unlocked the power that's always been dormant within them. When she wants the bracers can emit Zeus's lightning to stun or incapacitate foes.
