What's the latest... what actress is going to play Wonder Woman?

I think Whedon claimed she would be an unknown...which is better than his fans clamoring for someone who has already worked for him. I think anyone from Buffy, Angel or Firefly would be wrong for the part.

Especially that David Boreanez. I don't think he could fill out the uniform. :)

I just don't see wonder woman being a good movie. Her powers just never translate well to film or TV.

As a man who worshipped Lynda Carter as a young boy, I disagree strongly. :)

My favourite rumor for the part was Lindsay Lohan. Don't get me wrong, I think LL is hot as hell plus she's a redhead... but really she's not quite the WW type now is she?

A live action Wonder Woman has been pushed back till after the JLA movie and a animated Wonder Woman DVD is in the works.

As far as I am concerned there is only one woman (besides Linda Carter) who can fill out the role and that is the no brainer and voice of Wonder Woman in Justice League New Frontier - Lucy Lawless

It would be awesome for an Australian actress to play. For the people who don't know her, she's been in Wolf Creek, The Grudge 2 and December Boys. Whether I think she could pull it off or not, I'm not too sure. After seeing pics of Emily Deschanel I kinda want her to play WW now. :P

Teresa Palmer seriously needs to work out though. Not enough muscle on her!

Olivia Munn did a good Job. I don't think she's a big enough star to play her in the movie though.

That's what it said in the blog. Megan Gale is an Australian supermodel, well known in Australia. I like Megan Gale, but her as Wonder Woman? I dunno... She has spent her whole career as a supermodel, and now she's acting? I'm sceptical.

Don't know what to say on whether she fits the role of Wonder Woman. Anyone else have any other thoughts?
